Les applications JMap diffusent les données organisées en projets aux utilisateurs finaux. Trois types d'application sont offerts :

* JMap Pro est une application de bureau qui s'adresse à des utilisateurs avec une formation technique
* JMap NG est une application web qui s'adresse à un large éventail d'utilisateurs car elle est personnalisable
* JMap Survey est une application mobile qui permet le travail en mode déconnecté
